Track Your Order
At Grocevio, we want you to stay informed about your order every step of the way. Once your order is placed, you can easily track its progress using the information provided below.
1. Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with your order number and summary. Please keep this email safe — you’ll need the order number to track your package.
2. Shipping Notification
When your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

A direct tracking link
This allows you to monitor your package in real time from our warehouse to your doorstep.
3. How to Track Your Order
You can track your order in two simple ways:

Option 1: Click the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

Option 2: Visit our Track Your Order page on the Grocevio website and enter your Order Number and Email Address used during checkout.
4. Tracking Updates
It may take 24–72 hours after shipping for tracking information to appear. If you don’t see updates immediately, please check again later — the carrier may still be processing your package.
5. Delayed or Missing Tracking
If your tracking number isn’t working or seems delayed, please allow a bit more time. Carriers sometimes experience system updates or regional delays. If the issue continues after 3 business days, contact our support team.
6. Lost or Stuck Shipments
If your package hasn’t moved for several days or is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, reach out to us at sales@nevix.store. We’ll contact the carrier and help resolve the issue quickly.
7. Important Notes

Tracking updates may be slower during holidays or peak seasons.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
