Shipping & Delivery

At Grocevio, we work hard to make sure your orders are processed quickly, packed safely, and delivered on time. This page explains how our shipping and delivery process works within the United States.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details. When your package ships, we’ll send another email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer several shipping methods to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – Free for orders 

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Extra charge applies

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and carrier service.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery. You’ll be able to track your package once it leaves our warehouse.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total, location, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is automatically applied when eligible.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your delivery status. You can also track it directly from our Track Your Order page.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, delays may happen due to weather, holidays, or high order volumes. Grocevio is not responsible for carrier delays once the order has shipped, but we’ll assist you if any issue arises.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot change addresses after an order has been shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us at sales@nevix.store  we’ll help you investigate.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only deliver within the United States (mainland). We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
